January 10 - February 21
When the demolition of the Beech-Nut Plant in Canajoharie, New York began in the fall of 2023 resident Sheryl Neal began keeping a photo journal of the work to take down the buildings. Her daily pictures chronicled the transformation occurring in the small village. Quickly making friends with workers and foreman, Neal gained access and opportunity to photograph things other people would not be able to see. Represented in the exhibition are a selection of 14 photographs that detail the expansive work of the demolition. All photographs are for sale and proceeds benefit the conservation of two Beech-Nut themed paintings.
